Hello, It is important to see you in person and determine the type of red spots. Spicy food aggravates scratching but we need to know whether any ingredient in that food for example: chicken, prawns, fish, shellfish, paneer, etc... what is causing the scratching. We need to rule out 3 possibilities: Food Allergy, Scalp Psoriasis or Seborrhoea. For that we need to see you in person.
Next Steps
Until you can visit us.. you can atleast take note of the ingredients causing it.
Health Tips
Treat yourself at this stage. At the moment it is your scalp. If untreated can cause itching all over the body also. If spicy food is aggravating your problem... avoid it and help your body heal until you take medical help.
