Did sciatica and loss of normal lumbar lordosis cure ? and how much month its take to recover my leg ...i am unable to walk and stand properly...i am on medicine doing bhujangasana yoga daily...my age is 30,i have xray spine ls report which shows loss of normal lumbar normal lordosis paraspinal spasm...
