He is suffering from sciatica. Difficulties in walking. Severe pain. Can anyone suggest what to do on this.

Avoid bending weight lifting Sitting on the floor Indian toilet 2 wheeler less than 20 km per day Take analgesic for 5 days
Next Steps
if it settles then start swimming if not go to an orthopaedician

Pl get MRI of limbo sacral spine and show to rheumatologist or orthopedician
