Schmorl's node at d10 l1 of spine..bulge
I have diffuse disc bulges at d10 and l1 and l2 and l3 and l3 and l4 and degenerative changes at l4 and l5. Which posture is correct for Me to sit... I m a banker by profession I need to sit for long time... Now I m going for swimming will it be helpful... Please explain how... What type of diet I should follow... Which is the right posture to sleep... Please send me the images of particular disc bulge curing and how to sleep postures.. Help me out .

Greetings, Sorry about your concern.   BE assured disc bulge. Degenerative change you described should be least of your concern.  They will never trouble you unless your muscles are strong.
Next Steps
hire an physio who can correct your posture.   just by correct your posture by sitting straight or correction at lying position will not be permanent until you simultaneously do exercise to correct your posture.
