Scalp psoriasis
I am having scalp psoriasis since last year summers. I have consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed a coal tar shampoo and halovate ointment. It is not helping me at all and also I am having drastic hairfall. Please help.

The treatment described seems OK. Hairloss may be due to other causes. Sorry a detailed examination and history is needed.
