Hello Doctor, Hope you are good! I have scalp psoraisis. I have tried many medicines like coal tar , and salysilic acid but it is not helping me. I have many white spots in scalp and it causes itching. Can you please help me with this.

You can start with tab Methotrexate 2.5 mg per day along with Homeopathic medicine and then gradually stop Methotrexate.
