Scalp pimples folliculiti
I have been suffering from folliculitis from last 6-7 years earlier it was occasional and went away with antibiotics but now even those wont work. Doctors keep on prescribing more antibiotics which doesnt work and i lose faith in them . Please help me with this. Its really painful and hard to live with!! :(

Scalp folliculitis should resolve to antibiotics. Sometimes fungal follculitis is the cause and anti-fungals helps. A good way is to get a pus cultre and sensitivity done to identify the exact causative organism and treat accordingly. A decolonisation regimen exist and your doctor for the details to prevent recurrences.
