  4. SCALES OF DEAD SKIN. To be taken?

SCALES OF DEAD SKIN
There are Brown SCALES of skin which keep dieing and coming back in the infected region. The infection is spreading. The region has cuts through which waterish liquid keeps coming. What am i suffering from? What's the precautionary measures to be taken? I live near the coast.
