Hi. Fatigue, low energy, lack of sleep, social withdrawal, all of these can be symptoms of depression depending on the duration and intensity. Let me know how long it's been for you to experience all these symptoms. Chronic depression if neglected can lead to reduced productivity, overall functioning and affect all aspects of life.
Next Steps
First of all, try to maintain a healthy routine, maintain sleep hygiene (go to bed at regular time, have your meal at least an hour before going to bed, prepare your bed in the morning and avoid working, eating or doing anything in bed. create a bed time routine and follow it everyday-fresh up, read some book, switch off all digital devices). Start journaling your thoughts regularly before going to bed, this might help in clearing your thoughts.
Health Tips
Most importantly, consult a registered Clinical Psychologist asap if symptoms persist beyond 15 days.

Hi... We typically feel sad & tired without any immediate reason, when we are actually sad & tired mentally. This is our minds way of telling us that something is not right. Poor lifestyle, high screentime/digital exposure, lack of social connect, etc. are among various factors involved in making us feel this way.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
