Saliva and stomache problems
1. saliva coming in plenty , problem while talking in class (I'm a teaching professional). 2. within 2 hrs after lunch, I feel hungry. 3. passing gas (severe in early mornings) 4. stomache becomes swelled (due to gas) and feeling heavy. 5. bad mouth odour though i brush twice/day. Especially in the mornings.

Gastritis IBS etc are possible causes. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Discuss about your SYMPTOMS in details.
