Sacral pain with swelling may be indicative of Pilonidal Sinus. A disease usually seen in hairy skin individuals. Pain and swelling usually subsides after intake of antibiotics and pain killers; and then recur after some interval. Usually surgery is advised for this problem which has very high incidence of recurrence. However with specialized Graded Ksharsutra Treatment; this disease is permanently cured.
