Hello,
Considering your complaints & history, let me tell you that running nose has no relation with septoplasty.
Septoplasty is done to correct nasal septal deviation (Correcting the deviated part of bone).
Continuous running nose is an allergic symptom. You might be facing allergic rhinitis condition for which the treatment modality is different.
Please visit a nearby ENT specialist for the further management.

Operations for DNS cannot cure symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It should be treated with oral antihistaminic and or nasal steroid spray. Please take a second opinion from a good ENT specialist.
