RPOC after abortion of 17 week featus
My baby died in womb and doctors gave me medicine and I expelled him with placenta , next morning USG scan showed mildy vascular hyperechoic area of 3x2x1cm in lower uterine cavity and doctor suggested to wait and asked for another scan after 4 days which showed "lower part of canal with mild heyergencity measuring upto 10mm"
Now my question is will this also clean by itself or do I need D&C, what are chances that it will clean with next period, is it too small?
