USG abdomen and pelvis will of course will detect most of the problems of abdomen but along with this you need to have blood investigations too
But an internist will decide about it after full consultation and examination of you.
Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP), is a medical imaging technique to visualise the biliary tract and pancreatic ducts. An ultrasound abdomen and pelvis can find any anatomical anomalies of the organs within the area. You will require blood tests to correlate with the imaging findings.
