Hi .. first and foremost you need an endodontist to ascertain if that broken tooth can be saved or not. In many cases severely broken down teeth can be salvaged at a fraction of the cost of an implant. And these teeth can last a few good years.
Now regarding your actual question if you extract the tooth, the gum supporting the tooth starts reducing in height and if u delay a lot then an implant might not be an option for you.

ofcourse that can be done but getting implant at the same appointment of your extraction is advisable as you can avoid the usage of anaesthesia and unnecessary drilling .
dear user,
if you are asymptomatic then you can wait for some time otherwise recommended treatment is immediate extraction and implant placement.
regards
Cracked tooth should be extracted immediately. Implants can be placed immediately or after 3-4 months. Do not delay as adjacent teeth will start shifting making the treatment long
Ma'am if the tooth is cracked then you should not delay in the process because food can get inside and will be very difficult to clean leading to infection and pain and can even worsen the condition. get the treatment done asap.
Hello! For your condition, and the tooth that you have informed about, which is the lower left first molar tooth, the best option available to you is to go for implant placement immediately after extraction. Since an extraction site is in a healing stage, the implant integration with the bone will be sooner and stronger, God willing. The crown can be best placed at a later stage once the implant has passed its initial stability stage which usually 2 to 3 months.
Next Steps
Visit an implantogist for appropriate diagnosis, case selection and treatment planning.
Health Tips
The extraction needs to be carried out carefully without damaging the surrounding bone(cortical plates), soft tissue must be handled gently to ensure proper gingival contour post-implant, and very importantly, the extraction socket must not be compressed after extraction as this would reduce the bone width. The dentist performing the extraction must know your plan for implant.
Hey der,
Usually it's advisable to do in same sitting or in 3 months, if you wait longer the bone is resorbed and it will be more tricky to place implant
It would always better to replace it with an implant immediately after extraction. Most immediate implant placement are a two stage procedure, considering the tooth here would be lower left first molar.
Next Steps
If immediate extraction and an implant placement is an option given to you, then you must abide by the advice.
Health Tips
Considering the healing time, it would be best anyway to decide on the final outcome after proper planning.
Yes u can get it extracted and do an implant after six months. But in this case there is a possibility that the space between the adjacent teeth might reduce over a period of six months.
If this happens then implant will not be an option.
So u should go for immediate implant placement rather than waiting for six months and getting it placed.
Implant placement is absolutely painless procedure and can be completed on same day of extraction.
Better to extract it.and if it wouldn't be replaced by artificial tooth than it will gradually lead to drifting to adjacent tooth thereby disturbing ur alignment.
Yes you can get the tooth extracted and get the implant later , however for an implant there should be sufficient amount of bone present, when we take out a tooth there's a decrease in bone so now there's a technique where we put in implant at the same time we remove your tooth, the advantage is you don't have to go for anaesthesia and antibiotics again, also the bone levels are maintained, so my advice would be the immediate placement of implant following extraction, however if money is a constraint then you can get it extracted and later on get a bridge done
Hello
Yes you can get it extracted nowxand do Impant when it is possible for you, but have to make it as soon as possible so that the space does not get closed due to shifting of teeth behind it over a period of time.
Next Steps
get the tooth extracted soon if it cannot be saved at all
Health Tips
check whether it is possible to do a Crown over it and save it.
Hello Mam, Visit a nearby dentist and check if the tooth can be restored back. If restoring the tooth is not possible then you can get it extracted. There are different Prosthetic options like a bridge or implant which you doctor will recommend depending on the status of bone and nearby structures
Hello madam. Yes u can get ur teeth removed . wait for 3 months if its your liwdr teeth or 4 months if its ur upper teeth ( tooth no 19 don't know which tooth ur talking about) . later get a opg x ray and meet an implantologist for the implant placement. After 4 months u will get the crown.
Hello Mam, Greetings for the day.
You can get the Implant immediately after extraction or 3 to 6 months after extraction.
Advantages of immediate Implant placement :
1. Treatment time is reduced.
2. Amount of surgery is reduced.
3. Width and height of the alveolar bone are preserved.
4. Ideal implant location can be achieved provided that the extracted tooth has a desirable alignment and there is maximum soft tissue support.
5. Less surgical morbidity.
6. Reduction in treatment expense, if additional regenerative techniques (bone grafts and membrane use).
But the best deciding person is the dentist extracting your tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a Implantologist with your radiograph fr the best opinion

Yes you can get it extracted ...And do the implant immediately the same time the tooth is removed ...Or wait for a period of six months till the bone forms and then place the implant ...The advantage of immediate implant is the number of sittings reduce to only two and the anesthesia and the surgical part is just one time ...The pain ... Painkillers and antibiotics is also one time duration ....
Hi . It is always better to get it done immediately. Because if you extract it now and leave it without any further treatment then the space created because of extraction will start to shrink and will make it difficult to place a good size implant . Or even can make it impossible to place an implant .
Next Steps
Get both the exactions and implant surgery together .
Hello,
There are two options.
1. Get the tooth extracted, and the doc will do an immediate implant in the same socket. This is usually done if there is a healthy socket with not much infection.
2. Get the tooth extracted, socket cleaned and filled with bone grating and wait for 3-4 months before getting the implant surgery done.
Please read about both the options carefully and also discuss with your doctor before doing any procedure.
In such a case the tooth can be checked with the help of xrays. If it is determined that it cannot be restored by any means, the tooth has to be extracted. After healing of the extracted region you can plan for any kind of prostheses as soon as possible.
