I visited a dentist recently for tooth ache, Dr advised root canal. How much would it cost and is it painful

These days root canal is done with modern technology. Using electronic equipment. It is not at all painful as it is done under local anaesthesia. Cost varies from area to area.       Don't worry much about the cost. Just get it done if it is required.
