What are the options I have if I need to have the root canal dental implant on my central incisor removed?. What are the safest alternatives if the whole thing is removed. The root canal has been diagnosed as an allergen for me. I will get few other opinions before getting this removed though. I just wanted to know all my options before visiting my dentist again. Thanks in advance.
