  4. Role of Primiwal S. Please explain?

Role of Primiwal S
My wife is prescribed to take Letroz 2.5mg from 3rd day of period at night and Primiwal S from 8th day of period twice a day. I am quite sure about what Letroz tab does. But I am not sure what's role of Primiwal S tab when we are trying to get pregnant. Can anyone please explain?

Letriz tablet causes ovulation induction means helpful in increasing the size of follicle. Primiwal s  causes relaxation of blood vessels and help s in pregnancy.
