Right thumb dislocation
It's been a month while playing cricket I actually dislocated my right hand's thumb bone and I consulted a dr he said to plaster it and keep it for 21 days and just day before yesterday my plaster was opened but the dislocated bone seems same as it was before it hurts a lot and I can't move my thumb and from outer it is clearly visible that my bone is dislocated I'm an 12 board candidate and I'm right handed so I have boards knocking my door but can't go with this finger so plz help me to fix my thumb again so that I can give my exam again.

The xray need to be seen and thumb examined. The exact injury is not clear from your description. Also it is not clear whether there is a displaced fracture or dislocated joint  after the 3 weeks of plaster treatment.
