My brother who is 95+kg was getting knee pain while traveling in bus for more than 1hr.. But gradually the pain seems to be there even normal routine.. Hearing sounds while folding legs. Please suggest.

He may need to strengthen his muscles around the knee and also reduce the weight to reduce the stress in the knee joints...consult a Physio or can join in our weight reduction program...MOB (MyoKare Olli Belly)
