For lats one month i get Thai, hip, leg pain ( only the right hip & leg). sometimes it goes away automatically, pain moves from hip to lower leg. need to understand what went wrong. any yoga or physio treatment?

The pain could be because of nerve getting compressed in your lower back region ( lumber region mostly around l4-5 levels)
Try getting an x-ray for the same. It will give a clear picture of the exact location of the nerve pinch. Also the pain could be because of slight development of scoliosis due to the change in your walking pattern because of pain. You need to get that also corrected.
There is otherwise not any major problem. It can be removed with postural correction exercises and proper ergonomic posture.
