Right hip arthritis
I have been suffering from hip pain since 10 years, I am not able to sit on the floor ( squat). So what to do?

Are there any x ray or mri done to confirm the diagnosis of arthritis. You may have other conditions of hip or spine too. It is a little uncommon to have single hip arthritis at your age without any contributing factor such as knee or ankle or back pain /arthritis /injury.
