Restricted arm movement
I am not able to freely move my arm. While moving at certain angles I feel instantaneous pain. The pain increases during winters. The pain seems to be somewhere related to the shoulder arm joint, shoulder rotator cuff. On pressing around terse minor muscle, I can feel considerable amount of pain.

According to what you have described I feel if you do not have any history of fall or injury then there seems to be some form of bursitis or tendinitis around your shoulder I will suggest to not take it lightly and consult a orthopaedic doctor in your area and get it solved as soon as possible
