I do 25-40 kms of cycling early morning 3-4 times a week. Rest of the day the work type is mostly sedentary. I go to bed at 10:30 PM. Within few minutes I start to get tingling / crawling sensation in my legs. A doctor suggested Renerve Plus which helped for a while but not anymore and I have stopped. As a result of less sleep I dont feel fresh in the morning.

You definitely need some vitamins specially for the muscle and nerve recharging . Also you need to drink plenty of fruits and drink lot of energy drinks
