Speech is a complex mechanism requiring the oral musculature and tongue to work in unison to produce the desired sound.  If your earlier crowns are smaller or larger than they should be then definitely some vowels and consonants may sound different..  Going to a good doctor who would use either ultratransluscent crowns or Zirconia or E max,  which are forms of metal free ceramics,  and if the contours and edges and shape is perfectly balanced then ur speech would not be an issue..  Plz relax and select a good cosmetic dentist.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care. God bless
