Repetitive Fever
My Daughter is 19 months. She was born normal and is up to date on her vaccines. Birth weight- 2.20Kgs. She is very active, In last 6 months, she has got fever 5 times. it lasts for 2-3 days. I have not given her antibiotic at all. It gets controlled by Adol, Voltron. at times she gets cold an cough so I give her Zrytec or Sincod. As she gets better I do not take her for the second trip to Doctor. Sometimes she would throw up on the 1st day of fever. please help

This is normal specially if there has been a change in place or she has started a new school. If there is no weight loss, and as you say she is active then what you are doing is right.
Next Steps
It may be good to get a CBC ( Complete Blood Count ) done as this would rule out major conditions. Not very essential but if at all suggested by a doctor seeing her... then better to get it.
Health Tips
Check the temperature with thermometer and if temperature is more than 100.4 F then consider this as fever
