Renal pelvis dilation
Iam 35 weeks pregnant, my ultrasound scan showed bilateral renal pelvis dilation of 4.5 mm of baby.. is there any problem?

It is common finding needs a scan after birth will resolve on its own

Baby will need a renal scan on the 3rd day after birth. This will clarify if the dilatation is still persisting. In a majority of babies, this renal dilatation resolves without any intervention. A dilatation of more than 10mm is significant.
