If the same bridge can be re-cemented then you should go ahead with the same one but if its not fitting properly then only get a new one fabricated after proper clinical evaluation.

Hi,Please visit the dentist as soon as possible to get the bridge refixed as more the delay it will not fit.Also the same bridge can be put if its fitting is good,there is no hole or perforation present & it is not worn off.also avoid anything sticky if cap or bridge is put.
