Kindly advise on how the bridge became loose? An evaluation is required as to whether the teeth from which the bridge took support are in a favorable condition to support a new bridge/old bridge.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist get an evaluation done.
Health Tips
Do not delay, as the teeth might begin to move resulting in space closure. You might want to consider implants as well.

Hello If the same bridge can be re-cemented then you should go ahead with the same one but if its not fitting properly then only get a new one fabricated after proper clinical evaluation.
Next Steps
Visit dentist as early as possible to prevent further damage.
Health Tips
Don't bite too hard from that side

Mam if the bridge has come off on its own and there isn't any damage to the tooth structure you can get the same one re cemented. Otherwise you may have to replace it

You haven't mentioned why the bridge was removed. If it was for a routine cleaning, the same can be recemented back, provided it's not damaged.
Next Steps
If the supporting teeth are in good health, it wouldn't make sense to change treatment options, since anyways you will have two crowns on them.
Health Tips
My opinion would be recement the existing bridge, if damaged replace it.

Hi, If your bridge is in good condition then it can be recemented. However, if the bridge has any other issue then you might have to get a new one. Best is please visit a dentist because only after clinical assessment, treatment plan can be made. Thanks.

Yes you need to get a new one as soon as possible.Teeth ground for fixing those bridges are exposed now which could lead to decay and damage.
Next Steps
