Good morning Dr. I would like to say that my bare skins of both hand upto fore arm & both foot are seems black from other skins of the body due to extreme sun exposure. Sir I would like to remove tan & blackish discolouration. Sir i am taking tab. Isotrenitoin 20 as for acne treatment. So can u help me.

Hi.
First thing to do is to apply a good medicated sunscreen on all your exposed areas.
we have treatments like chemical body peels which will help remove your tan but it required session and time of around 5 months.
isotretinoin can also lead to little photosensitivity so sunscreen becomes very imp.
