Related to knee pain
I have a problem with knee joint. I have this problem every other third day, in which it would be difficult to bend the legs. How can it be corrected and is there any exercise or yoga that can cure this?

This is happening because of prolonged sitting and sitting cross legged using that leg. It's patellofemoral pain.

If it in both the knees and there is no history of injury then there are chances that you may be suffering from chondromalacia of knee joint. Do life style modification like avoid sitting cross legged and squatting.
