Aap bilkul tension mat lijiye.
Sirf bahar se touch hone se, ya semen bahar release hone ke baad penis se butt (anus) ke upper part ko touch karne se HIV nahi hota.
HIV hone ke liye direct sexual penetration (anal/vaginal), ya infected blood ka direct contact (open cut/bleeding), ya needle sharing jaisi situations chahiye hoti hain.
Aapke case me jo aapne bataya hai, usme HIV ka risk practically zero hai.
Agar aapko mental peace chahiye, to ek routine HIV test 4th generation 28 days ke baad karwa sakte hain, but medically zarurat nahi hai.
