Hi,Please visit a pedodontist or children dental specialist for treatment as this milk tooth will fall at around 6 to 7 yrs of age & so treatment is necessary to retain it till 7 yrs of age.

Hi Greyish blue means the tooth is dead . If your child is cooperative then go to a specialist dentist and get a pulpectomy done
