Hello..is glucosamine is safe for arthritis patients and any side effects of the same as i read from many sources glucosamine is extracted from shrimp or say prawn food???

It is safe if used as per your physicians Prescribed dose..
But common side effects are Nausea,Abdominal cramps, Diarrhoea..
Pls avoid it, if u are allergic to shell fish ..
Don't use if u r Diabetic or planning for any surgery..
How ever compared to side effects ,its benifits are more for Osteoarthritis cases if used as per your Doctors advice
