Hello,
I'm doing job, I'm passed out from btech two years ago, but have few backlogs which I'm required to clear. I've lost my rhythm in studies, didn't intend to study even during college time. Can a psychiatric help in this regard.

you are clear that you did not earlier and now have much interest in studies, but u have to study because you need to clear all backlogs. Is that correct? In this case , what you may have is something called discomfort anxiety. It's the anxiousness and the need to avoid doing something which is discomforting even when one knows it's for my good.
You can take help of a Psychotherapist. You can take face to face sessions, Skype/ video online sessions or phone session.
Look for a therapist who is trained in a particular style of therapy. It may help you derive enough skills to focus on important tasks despite low motivation.
