Regarding pregnancy
I had sex with my partner on 24th Jan and my periods ended on 20th Jan and I had ipill on 24th though we used protection but still had doubts so had the pill and got my periods on 1 feb to 4feb with blood clots and everything, and usually cycle is between 15th-20 th in a month. Now I'm worried is there any sign of pregnancy , or will my periods come just not on usual date but late. Would be grateful if someone could help .

Pregnancy test to be done as you missed your period date. The bleeding after a week of taking emergency pill was not period but withdrawal bleeding.

Emergency pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding the bleeding that happened between 1st to 4th of February was not your periods but a side effect of the emergency contraceptive pill called withdrawal bleeding Pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after 31 days counting from day one of the period in case you do not get your usual periods understanding the high failure rate of emergency contraceptive pill

Based on what you’ve described, pregnancy is very unlikely. You had protected sex and also took an i-pill on the same day, which is effective in preventing pregnancy. The bleeding you had from 1st–4th Feb with clots is most likely withdrawal bleeding caused by the i-pill, not a sign of pregnancy. Emergency pills commonly delay or shift the next period, so your next cycle may come earlier or later than your usual dates. What to do next: Wait for your next period; it may be delayed by a few days to a couple of weeks. If your period is more than 7–10 days late, you can take a home urine pregnancy test for reassurance. See a doctor if you have severe pain, very heavy bleeding, or persistent irregular cycles. Try not to worry—everything you’ve mentioned sounds consistent with i-pill side effects, not pregnancy.
