Hi doc! My age is 23 female is it good to wear contact lenses everyday? My doctor personally suggest glasses but i want contact lenses could you please clarify

Health Tips
Do not use more than 8hrs and while sleeping.
Store in clean hygienic place and wash with contact lens solution. Wash your hands before handling contact lens.
