Hi. I believe your query is about the 'kind' of flu vaccine. Please go for the flu vaccine given as an injection. The one administered as nose drops is not recommended for children. Please remember new flu vaccine is released every year which is believed to protect from those influenza strains which would be most prevalent during that year.
