Hello, I was diagnosed with social anxiety in January 2020, and i had taken clonazepam 0.5 mg for 1 week, 0.25 mg for 9 weeks, 0.125 mg for 2 weeks  and then stopped. Also, i took 10 mg escitalopram for 8 weeks, 20 mg for 2 weeks, then 10 mg for 2 weeks, then 5 mg for 2 weeks, then 2.5 mg for 2 weeks and then stopped. After stopping this drugs i noticed that my cognitive abilities have been impaired, i am not able to concentrate and my working memory, ability to form long term memory has been impaired. I find it very difficult to remember things, i an mbbs doctor, i took these medication in my final year of mbbs, and i can definitely say that my memory has been impaired after taking these medication, if i had bad memory and intellect, then i would have not got into mbbs itself, also my anxiety has been cured completely, i am not depressed, but i just want to know how can i improve my cognitive abilities, it been 2 years and only 20% improvement is there.

Most likely it is cognitive impairment secondary to persistent pathological stress maladaptation processes which will be ongoing in your nervous system. Social anxiety is not a disease. It is just a symptom. Symptom of stress maladaptation. Similarly cognitive impairment is another dimension of this persistent maladaptation processes leading to neurotoxicity and resultant neurodegeneration. These are genetic in nature ( often polygenic in nature) and need regular treatment. So it doesn't get cured by a short course of SSRI and benzodiazepine. Feeling anxious, depressed and stressed is commonly found but is not always a sine qua non.
Next Steps
Consult a biologically oriented Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment and further treatment.
Health Tips
Regular sleep, exercise and balanced nutrition can be done at your own level.
