Just a general querry In case of acnes of truncal region which are resistant to oral and topical antibiotics what are dosages at which isotretinoin must be started and what is the cumulative dose that must be reached overall to prevent relapse...and how long must it be continued after the acne resolves

It depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
