Regardin pain in leg

Asked for Male, 35 Years

He had a pain in his right leg only from tthie to foot doctors told it may due to slip disc, saictica , pain is very high he is not even walk ,sit just pain killer relief for short period, is allopathy is helpful or we go for aurvdea treatment pls give helpfull advise he also take warm water treatment and mussag but he was not getting relif even for a day he had this problem from last 10 days so plz give the advise for that
