Regard chest heaviness in fron and back

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I was covid positive recovered from all symptoms.. but few days onwards chest pain is there bit heavy in breathing... Oxygen level is normal.. ct scan is normal.. took steroids iv for 3 days... But I feel chest heaviness in form n back.. sometimes suffocating breath
