My front tooth was damaged 14yrs back, now I'm seeing pain. I consulted 2 Dr, both gave different opinions, one recommended immediate implant and other recommended 4 crown bridge. Which one is recommended immediate implant after tooth removal or crown bridge? Usually how much implant costs and how safe is that.

Dear patient, greetings for the day. as per your query we believe in a conservative approach. So first of all we will have to evaluate your case and if the tooth which is paining can be saved then we will work on to save that tooth by doing the root canal followed by giving proper cap and if the condition is that it cannot be saved at all then we will be going with removal of the damaged teeth followed by implant as it is more suggested for a long term. the implant cost starts from Rs.18000 onwards.
