Hi, I have twin girl babies they born at 34 weeks due to lack of breast milk doctor suggested me for Similac Neosure since they are preterm babies. Now they are 3 months old their birth weight is 1.6& 1.7 kgs. Now they are 4.05& 4.100 kgs. Due to financial issues it's very difficult to buy that formula as we need 1 tin for 2 days. So can we switch for similac stage1 now. Kindly suggest me.

Breast milk is best for babies. Avoid mixed feeding as it may lead to lose motions. Yes you can switch to similac 1 . Thank you
