A small difference of 0.25 is common between two different checkups. Since you already have got your - 3.00 ready, continue to use them routinely. If you have discomfort or eye strain with these glasses even after a short duration of usage, then you may have to get your refraction verified, by an ophthalmologist. No harm will be done if you use either of the powers. No need to get confused.
