Okay... Thank Vaibhav mittal sir for your answer.
My right eye pupil is bigger in size compare to left one irrespective of light exposure. Does this large pupil affect eye vision in any way or in near future? What sort .
As you said, What sort of problem this pilocarpine eye drop will have?

Hello
In case of anisocoria, we need to check direct and consensual pupillary reflex
We also need to check near reflex etc
Meticulous eye examination is also required
If everything is normal then there are two options
A. Try pilocarpine.. Which decrease the pupil size but it may cause mild discomfort as it induces accommodation also
B. Cosmetic contact lens
