Reduction of visceral fat for pitta body
I am a pitta / vata body type but have noted that my visceral fat is very much on the higher side . I have to be cautious on taking hot potency food diet because it increases the heat. Need diet and medical assistance to reduce the visceral fat

Hello dear! don't worry, Take Madhur Tikta Kashaya ras dominant simple food coconut water pomegranate juice seasonal fruits and vegetables, Oats Walnuts almonds pistachio, buttermilk after lunch, Avoid sour curd Kadi spicy food ,red chilli,cold drinks alcohol eggs nonveg smoking tobaco etc if so, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Mulethi at morning,Cap Zandu Kalmegh 1 bid,Tab/cap Vrikshamala 1 bid
