I got married recently.After marriage i put more weight.Need to reduce weight in a healthy way.Because of weight i have more inferiority complex issues

Hi Thanks for your question! Weight gain is usually caused by multiple factors. Identify the factors that has changed after your marriage. 1. Obviously, your diet patterns would have changed ( esp during marriage and post marriage, you would have attended lot of family functions and ceremonies, there might be a possibility of you gaining weight due to these factors. 2. Notice whether there is any change in physical activity ( whether you have become more sedentary after marriage) 3. Stress and sleep levels: stress and sleep also contributes to weight gain. Is there any change in these factors post marriage.. 4. You should also be aware that your body is undergoing lot of changes in terms of physical and hormonal changes.. this could also possibly contribute to your body weight. General guidelines: 1. Have protein rich breakfast. 2. Aim to do at least 30-45 minutes of physical exercise. 3. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables. 4. Consult a dietitian to reduce your weight
