Hello.. Mother normally have adequate milk output till 6 months after that it decrease in quality and quantity. If baby has adequate sleep for 15-30 min after feed, 6-8 weight nappies per day then everything is fine. So please don't worry and serially check weight every month .

Children should be given exclusive breast milk for 6 months. Keep offering every 2 to 3 hours , with enough interval for digestion. If child is not feeding, he may not be keeping well, and you should take him to his Pediatrician.
