Reduce my weight
I have 53.4 kg.. before 9 months i was 46 kgs .. i want to reduce my weight. especially thigh fat.

Hi - welcome - you can reduce your weight. For thigh fat, there are specific yoga fat burning poses. Take less fat foods ,fried food, junk, brisk walking skipping helpful

Hey there I understand your concern but as per your height age n current weight you are underweight.. Your weight should be 59kgs. You need healthy diet. To tone your thighs you can start jogging for 15minutes initially, cycling -15-20minutes. Include 1-2 servings of fruits. Stay away from deep fried n junk foods. Drink plenty of water. If Diet is proper everything will fall in place..

Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...
