Hi I am 90 kilos. I am 5 feet 7 inches in height. In short I am fat. I am a bengali and like eating sweets. I skip lunch. I eat rice in breakfast and dinner. I drink once or twice a week and I smoke 10 cigarettes a day. What is the healthy diet that I should follow to reduce cholesterol and fat. Won't stop drinking.

Hello.. For a healthy diet better consult a nutritionist as they will be able to give a chart containing ing what to eat and in how much proportion... Avoid carbohydrates and have more of proteins... Drink water well..avoid junk food and oily food
